About Us
Big Thompson Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1966 by a small group of
employees of the Thompson School District. We have continued to grow and add new
services for our members. We currently serve 2,000 members and have assets over
7 million dollars.
We are a financial cooperative whose operations are directed by credit union
members. Our members can volunteer for positions on the Board of Directors or
the Supervisory Committee. Members are owners at Big Thompson Federal Credit Union,
which means the credit union will always be locally owned and operated.
We offer a wide variety of financial services and products, and personal service.
